My Fitnes Pal
This website and mobile app is a great tool to assist you in losing weight and watching calories. I started using this app at the end of July after I plateaued with my weight loss. Once I started tracking my calories I realized where I could make some changes in my diet. And it helped kick-start my weight loss again. You can also interact with other members and track your exercise. It’s a great tool in your health and fitness arsenal. To learn more click on the picture.
The Power of Spinach
This was another one of the first steps that I took when I began changing my diet. I incorporated Spinach into my diet. I would include it in my omelet, use it in place of lettuce for salad, put it on sandwiches, and even throw a handful in my protein shakes (I call them the “The Green Monster”).
